Terms of Service

By using Pep, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Effective: April 13, 2026

What Pep is

Pep is an educational research platform that publishes evidence-graded information about peptide compounds. We provide compound profiles, regulatory tracking, goal-based navigation, editorial articles, and an interactive quiz that suggests compounds based on your stated goals and the published evidence.

Pep is operated by Rachel Gerrish, doing business as Pep. When we say “Pep,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Pep and the feelpep.co website.

What Pep is not

This is important. Pep is not any of the following:

  • A healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical service
  • A pharmacy or supplier of any compound, drug, or supplement
  • A telehealth platform (we may offer this in the future, under separate terms)
  • A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical advice. The information we publish is educational, based on published research, and graded by evidence strength. It is not a recommendation to use any specific compound. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health protocol.

Who can use Pep

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be located in the United States. We use server-side geolocation to restrict access to US visitors.
  • If you are in Washington, Connecticut, or Nevada, the quiz feature is not available to you due to state health data legislation. All other content remains accessible.
  • By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account and data

You don't need an account to browse Pep. If you take the quiz or subscribe to emails, you provide your email address and we create a lightweight profile to store your preferences and results.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.
  • We verify your email through a one-time magic link. There is no password.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@feelpep.co. See our privacy policy for full details.

The quiz and compound suggestions

The Pep quiz asks about your health goals, what you've tried before, and your evidence preference. Based on your answers, we show you compounds ranked by published evidence strength for those goals.

  • Quiz results are educational suggestions, not medical prescriptions or clinical recommendations.
  • The matching algorithm ranks compounds by evidence grade relative to the goals you selected. It does not account for your individual health history, medications, conditions, or contraindications.
  • You must actively consent (by checking the consent box) before your quiz answers are submitted. Your answers stay in your browser until you consent.
  • We treat your quiz answers as personal health information and handle them according to our privacy policy.

Evidence grades and compound information

Every compound on Pep carries an evidence grade: strong, moderate, limited, or early research. These grades reflect our editorial assessment of the published evidence, not a clinical determination of safety or efficacy.

  • Evidence grades are based on the type, quantity, and quality of available research (human trials, animal studies, clinical observation).
  • Dosing information reflects what has been reported in published studies. It is not a recommended protocol. Individual dosing must be determined by a prescribing clinician.
  • Timeline descriptions reflect what people commonly report. Individual responses vary. We cannot predict what you will experience.
  • Regulatory status information is sourced from FDA publications and government announcements. We update it when regulations change, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
  • We make a good-faith effort to keep all information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Emails and communications

  • If you subscribe to the Pep Dispatch or take the quiz, you agree to receive emails from us at the address you provided.
  • We send transactional emails (verification links, quiz results) and occasional editorial emails (research updates, regulatory news).
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or from your email preferences page.
  • We will never sell your email address or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

  • All content on Pep (text, design, code, images, evidence grades, editorial analysis) is owned by Pep or used under license.
  • You may share links to any page on Pep. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without written permission.
  • The compound data, evidence grading system, and editorial analysis represent our original work. The underlying scientific facts are not proprietary, but our expression, organization, and grading of those facts is.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the information on this site is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any medical or health purpose.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Pep is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for our free educational platform, is zero).

Indemnification

Third-party links

Compound pages may include links to published research papers, regulatory documents, and external resources. These links are provided for reference. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of external sites. Clicking a link to a research paper takes you to a third-party site (typically PubMed or a journal publisher) governed by its own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribers and noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pep will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
